A fantastic all round performance by every player to carve out a great victorious team display against a battling opposition. One of our quickest goals was scored today within 5 mins by Renee to settle the nerves early on. This week the team upped their game and intensity, supporting each other, working hard and creating many openings with great passing and movement off the ball. This resulted in a battling first half and going into the break 2 goals in front.
In the second half the players showed their confidence and continued to put pressure on the opposition and their goal keeper. The players moved the ball around and this produced many shots which eventually paid off with another goal. It was great to see a great battling performance from the team!
